We meet every Tuesday 8pm at the Quaker Friends Meeting House Horse Fair, Banbury. Our evening consists of 30-40 minutes sitting meditation, talks, readings and discussions in a friendly open atmosphere . We have regular visits from monks and nuns. For further information please contact us.

Jake Dartington has practised meditation since 1995 and trained as a teacher of Insight Meditation with Christina Feldman, the co-founder of Gaia House. He has been teaching retreats at Gaia House. He also trained as a teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction with Bangor University and teaches mindfulness courses. Insight Meditation is the traditional inspiration behind contemporary mindfulness-based therapies and methods.
